LATEST PICS: Cask Bar officially launched with new Summer Menu and A Summer Party

The management and team at new boutique cocktail and food venue Cask on MacCurtain Street in the Victorian Quarter of Cork, Ireland, hosted a “Summer at Cask” party to mark the unveiling of  an exciting new summer cocktail and food menu this evening, Thursday the 25th of May.

The venue has been gaining plaudits since its official opening in March 2017 for its innovative, seasonal, farm-to-glass cocktails, designed by manager and accomplished mixologist Andy Ferreira, and street food-inspired, small plates food menu created by award-winning head chef Bryan McCarthy. The food offering is being extended from the 1st of June to include lunch and daytime hours, when the food menu will be available from noon all week, Monday to Sunday.

The outside courtyard area is prepared for an Irish, all-weather summer, with the arrival of a full canopy. It will be summer in Cask come rain or sun.
