Opening of 56 Central, Galway

Galway’s latest eatery has opened in the heart of Galway on Shop Street. 56 Central opened its doors in May in the landmark site formerly occupied by Lynches Cafe. After an extensive refurbishment and re design, the retro restaurant held its official launch last Wednesday 10 June.
